"Max, please look at me." He begged with a soft tone as he pulled my chair a little closer to him and kneeled down as he took my hands in his, if this was even rational, I swear I almost felt my vagina got a heartbeat.
Finally I lowered my eyes to meet his green ones.
"Maxine...I love you." He said as he brought my hand to his cheek and closed his eyes feeling my touch.
I took a frustrated breath as I blinked twice to hold back the threatening tears.
"You don't mean it." Was all I could manage to say, "you're just feeling sorry for me...I don't blame you tho."
He opened his eyes wide as if I just said the most crazy thing is the world.
"No, Max, I mean it I swear to you, don't tell me that you didn't notice it this whole month." He looked away taking a sharp breath, "every time I look at you my heart starts beating so fast, you make me nervous Max, no one ever made me feel this way before, you got me wrapped around your fingers, why can't you see that?"
I looked into his eyes as I let go a long breath, god I've forgotten to breath, "why now Alan? We've been friends for our entire lives now you're telling me that you feel this way about me?" I didn't mean to shout at him but I couldn't help it, he was stressing me out.
"I was stupid, blind I...I don't know, I started feeling that way since you started hanging out with that asshole, I've realized how much you mean to me, the idea of you being with someone else just made me go insane." He told me as he stood up taking my hand so I stood in front of him.
He took me by surprise when he put his hands on my waist and pulled me closer to him.
He brought one hand to my cheek and wiped a way an escaped tear then started running his thumb Along my cheekbone.
" I know that you feel something towards me Maxine, something strong, you just don't want to admit it." He said and I lowered my head but he brought his hand to my chin forcing me to look up into his eyes, "I love you Maxine, and I'll wait for you to be ready to admit it."All Rights Reserved

"B... Bryce?" I said quietly between my light sobs. He didn't answer me. He looked dangerous. His hands covered in blood, his jaw damaged, his eyes... I didn't know, what exactly I saw in them, but I knew, there was nothing good. I realized, I might be in danger myself. I had no idea of what is going on in his mind. I started walking away, keeping my body close to the wall behind me. I stumbled on some trash, but gained my balance back, never leaving the sight of him - now, a total stranger, in front of me. He slowly followed me, his eyes registering every movement I made. They looked predatory, all his appearance looked like it. Following every movement of his pray. And I knew that pray was me. Some cries left my dry lips. I couldn't hold in anymore of this tension. I turned around and started to run, run away from this place, away from him. Before I could make some steps, I felt my upper arm grabbed strongly. I let out a scream and desperately tried to free myself from his strong grip. Bryce took my other arm and made me face him. My heart dropped in my stomach, as I saw his hard stare. I stopped for a second, but then tried to get myself away from him again. "Stop trying! You are not going anywhere!" I heard his voice, which was said through his clenched teeth. He momentarily turned me around and grabbed my hole upper body and wrapped his strong arms around me, making it impossible to move my hands and myself. I started to scream again, but again, his fast movements stopped me. I felt him squeeze me tighter. He lifted me up from the ground a bit and put his large hand on my mouth. That made my panic rise even more. I was so afraid. I had no idea of what he is going to do with me. Is he going to kill me? I felt his head resting against my head, his breath touching the top of my ear, sending a strong shiver of fear through my body. I couldn't see anything, as my eyes were filled with endless streams of tears.

"Good try." I sneer and laugh at her unsuccessful attempt. I leaned over her frame, gazing straight into her deep brown eyes, and I had no intention of removing my gaze from them in the future. I seemed to have caught her off guard and she didn't know how to react. Time slowed down for a moment, it continued to downpour, there was still grass in her hair. His friend said, wheezing a little bit and trying to stop laughing. I calmed down a bit, standing up to face them, a smile on my face. "Now, if you're done threatening me," I raise an eyebrow. "Or at least trying to. I'll be on my way." With that, I grabbed my backpack, turned my back to them, and walked away.
