Nikolai Romanov has just arrived in Stockholm to meet his bride, after his father agreed for it to take place in the princess's home land. When he meets the cold princess, Gala Adolphus, she is less than thrilled about her fate.  As the date of the wedding draws near, the two still haven't gotten used to each other.
