Over the centuries it's been foretold that incubies must obey the higher ups such as Werewolves, Vampires, backbenders, shapeshifters, and Demons.

The only other ranks as low as incubies were fairies and trolls and of course witch's. 

Life was hard to us down rulers incubies were only seen as sex on legs, trolls were seen as ways to get spells and find treasure and fairies for pixie dust that gets supernaturals fucked up as though they were high.
