A Les Miserables Fanfiction

Alix had always had a pretty good life. One day, something horrible happens and she is left on her own.  A man called Inspector Javert finds her and takes her in. Several years later, she finds an old friend while wandering the streets, and he introduces her to the Les Amis. Soon, she joins their little rebellion. But what if the whole time, she is slowly falling in love with the boy who had been her childhood best friend? And what if her adoptive father, whom she had always got along with so well, decides he doesn't want his little girl to be anywhere near this boy?

Sorry, I'm pretty bad at descriptions. Anyway, this is based of of the broadway version, not the movie, or the book. Also, I haven't read "The Brick" so I am really sorry if I get someone's backstory or some detail of the story wrong.
