It’s been thirteen months since Kevin left.
Edison, himself, locked up and kept himself from anyone else. He kept on blaming himself as the cause of Kevin’s death. If it wasn’t because of him, Kevin should have been living just like normal people live.
One day, on a quiet afternoon, Edison stood in front of a cliff of the mountain where he and Kevin always hang out. Looking down, you can see a very large body of water, which has a very deep color of blue.
For his last ten seconds, he said,
“I should have followed you that day.”
And there, he jumped.
