World War II takes the world by storm as countries across the globe battle to see who will crumble first. As with each major historical event, there is a story for each soul that is out and effecting the way the world moves.
This story follows a young french medic on the front line, from her experiences to the interesting people she meets all the way to how she views the little things around her. But there is one young soldier who stands out to her, and that 'his' name is Dolly, or that's the name our medic was told, a german-born American woman who was deployed due to her living in Europe.
(There is no fairy tale ending to this, it is a war after all and it will be as accurate as possible, so readers beware with topics and scenes of graphic warfare)
