In a time of need cyborgs on the human team formed a group of people like them,
and so CAT was born.
(PS its not about cats, its just an acronym for Cyborgs Against Tyranny.)

The higher levels of the cities are for the wealthy the lower levels are for the poor. Mass chaos and violence run rampant in the lower levels the UFD try to maintain the peace but with so much going things tend to slip through. The Cyber Sword has access to many technologies but their man power is low, they have droids for low level missions but special detectives know as Cyber swords. Most security is privatized.
