A young Canadian girl finds herself lost in the pine forests of northern Canada after wandering off the trail impulsively. she calls out for help though after a while, it begins to snow... the snow comes down hard as night falls. the snow gets up to her knees as she begins to panic.

she runs through the snow mindlessly, hoping to see anything, she tracks through the snow. Inevitably running out of breath and despite her efforts falling into the snow, she tries to catch her breath. The frigid air seemingly burning her lungs as she lie motionless in the snow.

 She gets up, filled with adrenaline. recognizing her body's last ditch effort to keep her alive, she trails through the snow. soon seeing a warm light, she runs toward it and turns behind a pine tree, momentarily blinded by the warm light, not noticing the frigid Canadian air and scent of pine sap vanishes.

 She opens her eyes to see a circle of odd willow trees...
