In Guides of the Neon Haze, Keeper and his cab, Old Spartan, are silent custodians of the city's lost souls. Unlike other taxis that rush to fulfill passengers' wishes, Keeper and Spartan serve a unique purpose: they take people where they need to go, even if they don't know it themselves.

Each night, Keeper-a gruff, mysterious driver-and his rusted, jazz-filled cab, Old Spartan, prowl the neon-lit streets, waiting for passengers in search of direction. As each lost soul steps into Spartan, time seems to slow, and the comforting atmosphere of jazz and aged leather envelops them. Keeper's cryptic yet wise words help his passengers face hidden truths, while Spartan carries them not to expected destinations, but to places of personal revelation: an old library, a quiet rooftop, or a forgotten park.

Every passenger leaves with a newfound sense of purpose, a question answered, or a mystery they're now ready to face. By dawn, Keeper and Spartan disappear, ready to return the next night to guide those in need. Together, they are the city's silent custodians, guardians of the souls who wander the neon haze.
