Anxious but brilliant, Hailey Ramirez is languishing in community college, desperate to make a grand scientific discovery. Until she composes a tweet about her favorite childhood game, NoughtiePets. All she remembers about the game is that she had four pets that looked like aliens, and the Egyptian God Anubis was an NPC... Her tweet goes viral... Anubis is brought back to power, appearing suddenly in Hailey's house...

To express his gratitude, Anubis has Animated Hailey's digital-pets in startling, anatomically-inaccurate realism. Plus pets for the "Love of Her Life" and her "Best Friend Forever" - two strangers that she played NoughtiePets with but doesn't actually know.

Trigger Warning: While this book is a majority fluff there are a few angsty bits that face some grim topics including child abuse, dangerous parents, alcohol abuse, homophobia, transphobia, and harassment. This story includes quite a bit of swearing as well (blame my trucker dad for that) so viewer discretion is advised. No Smut whatsoever in this book.
