After the incidents of 1985, IT was reverted. Reverted doesn't mean killed. It was held back. The Loser's Club destroyed Derry and, they thought, IT. But IT lived and was hungry and angry. IT moved to the town nearest to Derry and there, IT made its new home. IT rested for 27 years and now, 2012, IT came back, hungry, beaten and angrier than ever. This time... this time he won't take any chances. (This is a continuation of the IT BOOK, not much spoilers from it and you would likely understand if you have only watched the movies, if you dont I'm happy to answer anything.)
