This knowledge is costly though. And Amy has some tough decisions to make when the people she's cares about most get mixed up in it. In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Powers allowed humans to gain unnatural abilities such as flight, invisibility, super strength or in other words, superpowers. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. The ultimate caretaker (a shadamy story)
during a huge fight to the death with Mephiles Sonic was kicked to the side mid fight to the point where he passed out and went unconscious. Sadly, they did not have any chaos emeralds, which would've made the battle easier, shadow was left to be the only one fighting the big problem, Mephiles...while the others were fighting his goons shadow manages to defeat Mephiles but not without a brutal beat down, even for the ultimate life form he had his limits. When the fight was done, he was left there, two semi broken legs, a deep, deep cut in his torso, and cuts between his left arm. The others who are fighting alongside G.U.N have been left with bruises and many scars, but nothing compared to what the seemingly immortal ultimate life form had. After the battle was done and the world was saved shadow was still crippled, Amy was determined to make sure shadow will be perfectly healed and take care of him for as long as she needed to her motherly instincts wouldn't let it happen any other way also her will as well, and maybe a tiny bit of her early teenage crush on shadow. They grew closer to each other after spending a full week of recovery awkward, funny and sentimental moments that occurred during the week they had spent together also finding out what their true feelings are for one another. Edit: This was done when I was 12/13 so read at your own risk, lots of my dyslexia showcased and really bad old art (the Eggman thing haunts me to this day T-T) But I'm keeping the description on top and the chapters the same as it was cuz why not.Complete
