The world is a dark and scary place, full of psychopaths that feel compulsion to commit heinous acts and feel no guilt afterwards. But what if there was a way to feed these compulsions without having anyone die? 

Meet Dr. Clowd, a renowned Memory Therapist. But the reality is not so simple. Dr. Clowd is thrown into an investigation, after sharing the memory of a young girl's murder with multiple pre-criminals, making the investigation that much harder for the lead detective.
