The world is a dark and scary place, full of psychopaths that feel compulsion to commit heinous acts and feel no guilt afterwards. But what if there was a way to feed these compulsions without having anyone die?

Meet Dr. Clowd, a renowned Memory Therapist. She has made it her purpose to prevent such travesties from ever occurring by treating those classified as "pre-criminals", specifically deterring predicted murderers. The concept is simple: provide a memory of a killing for the urge to be sated. It will save lives.

But the reality is not so simple. Dr. Clowd is thrown into an investigation, after sharing the memory of a young girl's murder with multiple pre-criminals, making the investigation that much harder for the lead detective.

The only catch, it's her own memory she's sharing.

Can Dr. Clowd help solve the investigation while keeping her dark side a secret?

𝗧𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘀... 𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝗜 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝘆𝗼𝘂. My job as a therapist is simple. I talk to my clients, find out what's bothering them, and make sure to listen when they open up to me. Then after a month or more of one-on-one sessions, they leave my office a reformed individual, a happy individual. EXCEPT THAT ISN'T WHAT HAPPENS. Someone IS killing my clients. The cops think I'm hiding something from them because I'm the ONLY thing connecting the victims of this killer. How do I prove I'm innocent, and all I want is for the murders to stop? Then the ANONYMOUS ENVELOPES start showing up. In each envelope is an item belonging to my dead client. The killer is reaching out. If I don't act quickly, another body will drop, AND IT WILL BE MY FAULT. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩'𝙨 𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩? 𝘼 𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙜𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙡𝙮 𝙢𝙪𝙧𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚𝙨 𝙖 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙥𝙞𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙖𝙣 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙥𝙖𝙩𝙝. It was morning. I stood with closed eyes in the bathroom. I stood at the sink with a mirror in front of me. I felt thin and long fingers on my waist. I knew it was a dream. I felt talons. They didn't hurt me but I had a feeling if I opened my eyes they would. I felt breathing down my spine. Chills and fear shook my whole body. I couldn't look but I wanted so badly to see and know what or who was behind me. A tear of fear slowly slid down my cheek. I gasped in a low voice when I felt a tongue lick it away. More tears started falling when I felt a clawed finger brush the salvia away. I whimpered when I heard it speak: "It's okay. I'm only here to protect you and help you." Lissie is being stalked and she does not know what to do or who to tell. She does not know what is following her. She's got to be dreaming but when the thing following her keeps stalking she realizes that this might not be a dream. But what is it? Where does it come from? Why follow her?
