I'm in a creative writing class and every day we have a prompt and 10 minutes to write about it. I thought I'd share the prompts and my interpretations of them on here. It should be an almost daily update. I hope you guys enjoy them and maybe take these prompts and make your own spins on them!All Rights Reserved

Over the Wall: A Collection of Short Stories (NaNoWriMo 2014) by emmernemmer

This year for NaNoWriMo, I am writing a short story anthology. It will feature thirty or so short stories (my hope is to write one per day to fulfill my 1,667 per day word requirement) about varying things. Each morning, I will randomly select a number between one and thirty and I will look at the corresponding list of first lines I will have. I will take that line and write a short story using it and then the next day I will do the process over again (some stories might relate to each other, some might not). Anyway I will edit the story for that day and post it here. It may not be posted exactly on the corresponding day, but in the end there will be thirty short stories. P.S. Although these are somewhat edited they are still rough drafts so please treat them as such.

Kaiju Paradise Shorts + Headcanons (DISCONTINUED) by floor_dust

Yup, it is what it says! Some of these might be a little longer than "short", but I'll do my best to separate stories into more digestible parts if needed. Some but not all of these stories are connected, some may even contradict each other. View each of these stories as a completely separate universe unless they reference another story in this book. Also, I've made a lot of stuff up, you'll see more on that on the headcanons page! Rated mature because of themes of depression/suicide, only present in certain stories, but please stay safe while reading. I will mark stories with content warnings where needed. (Cover art by me, cover art background stolen from google. Credit to whoever took/produced it.) Late edit: Thank you all for the support this story has received! However, this story is officially discontinued. I probably will never add to it again, as I've lost interest in this fandom, but I do have plans to write other stories in the future! When? Idk lol. Still, if you'd like to read this story, go for it! It's not like there's an incomplete story since all the shorts are disconnected. Plus, if you like my writing, it could encourage me to work on making something else faster. Trust me when I say I have some ideas in mind. ;)

This story will be a collection full of random stories inspired from writing prompts off the internet. I take no credit for the prompts I find, but I'm simply using them to create cool short stories to share. The genres of these stories will vary greatly depending on the prompt and my mood, but most of them are feel good stories. Hope you enjoy! Credit any media used goes to rightful owners.

I saw these great prompts in @LuckyBugBooks 's Flumptober book, so I've decided to try my hand at the challenge! I'm a little nervous, cuz this is my first time doing something like this, but I'm mostly excited because this sounds like a lot of fun! I've decided to finally start posting some of my writings, so this is where I will place the stuff that is too short to warrant it's own book. It will be filled with completely random stuff, so you never know what you will find here. Some will be old stories I wrote years ago and some will be newly written, some super short and some rather long. It all depends on how inspired I was while writing it. Please feel free to comment on things you like or don't like about these story snippets. And if you want more of something, let me know. I might get inspired to write more on it!
