In 1963, President John F. Kennedy signed a pact that in exchange for the safety of the American people, a band of supernaturals named The Summoned may have partial control of the country unbeknownst to its human residents. Weeks later, he was shot dead.

Charlie Van Hansen wakes up three years after a violet yacht accident. Disoriented and with no recollection of her past, she finds herself engaged to a powerful demon who claims to have loved her in her past life.
