Based on the original Vocaloid song by Chaa, Fear Garden is about our lovely psychopathic girl, Rin,  who is obsessed with cutting people's arms off and planting them into the grounds of her garden.  The meaning behind the song was taken, and I added a plot to it. So oh hell, here we go.
