Nico Di Angelo is a beauty as dubbed by everyone, and it's true. But even though everyone wants to be like, or with, him he feels lonely. It's not a secret that he's gay, but he still has trouble getting a boyfriend. As if he was a delicate flower, so beautiful but only admired from a distance. He doesn't just have his beauty, he uses it. He was forced into the pageant world at the age of two, and has never lost a single one. Mountains of trophies, and piles of vests, that would be how to describe his life. But despite being all that he is miserable and stuck. His mother places endless amounts of pain and confusion on him, his father isn't even there, and he struggles with life and himself in general. Then Will Solace the golden boy at his new school catches his interests. And despite all the warnings set for him about dating limits he wants him. And like his pageants he will have him.

Everyone Deserves to be Happy (Solangelo)
Percy finds out about Nico's crush earlier than planned. And it's on neither of their terms. Until Percy gives him some good advice. Advice Nico takes to heart. But a demigod's life is never easy, and with a new prophecy and a new quest even darker forces are looming over the horizon, threatening to destroy the sunshine that Nico and another half-blood we all thought was gone have finally found. Placed during very beginning of Blood of Olympus/ between House of Hades and Blood of Olympus at the beginning. Then it switches to the end of Blood of Olympus. This is a solangelo story line. If you have not read Blood of Olympus, or do not ship solangelo, then I kindly ask you to reconsider your life choices. And then go do those things. I tried to stay true to the characters, I really truly did. If you're reading and you think I did something wrong, please let me know (but. you know. kindly.). In fact, he didn't even want to go to the party, he was dragged to the place by his step-sister, and he's never been more annoyed by a jock than he has with Will. Plus, he's in love with the hopelessly beautiful Percy Jackson. The two would definitely prefer to go their separate ways-except for the fact that they both ended up at the same summer internship fighting for the same position.
