Alyssa and Matthew had been best friends for most of their lives. They were always inseparable. That is, until the first day of high school. After Matthew and Alyssa agree to be more than just friends, what happens when Matthew leaves the very same night, without a word to Alyssa, without even saying goodbye? Four years later, four years after Matthew leaves, breaking Alyssa's heart in the process, he returns.
