"Don't you dare touch me", he shoved her awaiting hand away in a jerk. His bloodshot eyes were staring at her menacingly.
"And don't even do the mistake of liking me". His drunk body was swaying but his every word was throwing daggers straight at her heart.
"Because I hate you, immensely". He spat and collapsed on the couch.
This was the last straw and the heart of eighteen-year-old Ava was broken for the first time on her own birthday.
But this was not the last time.

On their wedding day, he laid down three conditions to be his wife-
1. He will never touch her in their six months of marriage.
2. She will be his wife on papers only and would never meet his family.
3. She will never fall in love with him.
But how wrong was he in his terms; for she was already his the moment they first met.

Will they always be a poison to each other or will love conquer all obstacles- even the lady in his heart?
