When an overly curious eighteen year old Matt decides to get past the barriers that separate 420F, his small town, from the the rest of the world, he teams up with an outsider named Oliver and escapes. On their journey they learn to fight against the council that has ruled over them all this time and the 'haven' the government built starts to fall apart due to the discoveries of Matt and his friends. But will Oliver and Matt be able to get the job done and keep their personal lives to themselves? Or will heated romance and jealousy wreck everything they've accomplished?
