This is a love story about Wyo Chi, a kid rapper from Philadelphia.  He is 15 in the start of the story but then he gets older as the pages go on.  
14 year old Maria Sanchez is a beautiful girl, talented in skateboarding and has loyal friends.  She has only one enemy, 15 year old Elvis Rutick (I made up the last name he said his first name in a No Jumper interview), who calls himself Wyo Chi.  He is school president, captain of the skateboarding team and the smartest kid in town.  Everyone loves Elvis except Maria who thinks he is a cruel, self-absorbed, attention seeking brat.  Soon, Maria and Elvis confess to each other feelings they never had before.
