500 years ago Basthor made a deal with the devil. In exchange for his soul he was given the strength to avenge the death of his wife. What he did not know was that the price meant he would live forever and never join her in hell. Nevertheless he took it in stride and 500 years of terror resulted from him taking his grief out at the world around him.

Now the devil is back and offering him his soul once again in exchange for a favor, what could Satan possibly need from him? And is it really worth a chance to be human again?
