This is a Pokémon fanfiction based on one of my favorite Pokémon Lycanroc. I do not own Lycanroc, but I own the character Marshall (Who is my own character) and the story. I do not own any Pokémon that may show up in this story, new or old.

The boy Marshall, fresh into 15 years old, has now found an old pal. He then get's spun down a rabbit hole of peril and treachery between people he thought he knew, just so he could have his old friend back. Please enjoy this story, it's a first. However, there are dark secrets to unravel, Flare has to keep his past as a human a secret, and on top of that, a group is out, looking for him. All Flare wants to do is get back home, but he might make some new friends and save the world along the way. (This story contains elements from every Pokémon Mystery Dungeon game and is my first attempt at writing, so don't expect flawless work) I do not own Pokémon Characters are made using Gacha Life 2 because I suck at drawing I also PURPOSELY made some parts in the story cringey because in the actual Pmd games, the characters act childish at times (I just wanted to make that clear)

One night, Marshal visits him, and nearly collapses in pain. Not knowing what to do he brings him to the and kingdom hospital. They don't know whats wrong with him so they kick him out, Gumball ends up bringing Marshal to His castle and tries to care for him But since Marshal now has feelings for Gumball, his revived heart beats faster. Gumball had asked him on multiple occasions what was wrong, but all he got in response was "it hurts" and after Gumball comes and sits next to Marshal, he hears marshal saying that the pulsing got faster. Asking where it was, and finding out it was his heart, he is shocked. Etc etc etc.
