Then there's a new student at their school. Adam Langdon's captivating looks and entrancing grey eyes are something that almost any girl in Ketlin's school can't stop thinking of. But getting closer to Adam isn't that easy. He rejects every invitation, no matter what kind. He isn't interested in a date. And Ketlin isn't planning on puzzling over a guy she will never have a chance to. At least this is what she decides at first.

In their little hometown, dead bodies are starting to appear. Bodies without any sign of what had killed them. After her granny starts telling her stories about things Ketlin never could have even imagined existing, she slowly starts to wonder if Adam has something to do with those deaths.
But the more Ketlin learns, the more dangerous it gets for her. But surprisingly, the mysterious killer turns out to be not the only threat.
