Volume three and original project in the Wasteland Project. Fall and winter make things worse in Golden Leaf. Holidays feel more depressing because most of the neighbors are alone. However, the youth will not let it be so this year. It all starts with Marty planning a Halloween party. Volume two and original project in the Wasteland Project. The residents of Golden Leaf still struggle to get by. From raiding a dead man's house for supplies to reaching out to anyone still left in the remaining world, they try to do anything to keep their minds off of their inevitable demise. Some bonds, near and far, are being formed. In the skies, the government tries to figure out how to help the remaining pockets of humanity stranded on their suburban islands. They can't seem to get away from the race against time that is always trying to catch up to them. Meanwhile, something, or someone, is trying to reach out to the kids of Golden Leaf. What are they trying to tell them? Maybe a message saying that the end is closer than they think? Or maybe offering a key to reserve the damage of the woods?

Humanity might be running out of time. Some connections are being during the days that getting washed away through the toxic rain. Some might not be enough to carry the people through Golden Leaf's slow demise. Maybe it's time to start thinking about leaving?

Volume one and original project in the Wasteland Project. Years after the plague took over America, pockets of suburban neighborhoods struggle to survive the poisonous black woods surrounding them. The youth struggle to stay afloat by breaking into abandoned houses and looting everything not nailed down. They cannot live; there is nowhere else to go. They try to keep their sanity through electronic entertainment, filming themselves, and trying to reach out to anybody who's left out in the world via the internet. Meanwhile, the government high up in the sky tries to contain the people who are left to keep them alive long enough until they can find a cure or a way to prevent the plague until the forest inevitably takes over everything on the ground.
