The Land of Isca

I made up this story when I was around 10, it's about a girl who has never seen the 'world' before and finally gets to on her 13th birthday. Coincidentally the exact day that the Chiming Gathers opens so everyone can go out into the world legally. The continent name is Isca, and the main character meets people with many differences and gets together to form a group. They all don't get along.
