Frank is a seventeen year old antisocial teenager living alone with his divorced mom. He has a band, not many friends, and a growing nicotine addiction. His life is pretty normal, filled with teenage angst, lack of authority, and bullies..until he's torn away from everything that matters to him. Except his cigarettes. Gerard has plenty of those.

Gerard is a twenty one year old comic artist and depressed alcoholic with a psychopath mind living on his own and working at the nearest record store to pay the bills. He's always lived a simple, boring, pointless life until he meets Frank and he's willing to do anything to get Frank for himself.
