You decided to go to the gym for once. It is rare that you exercise because your just too lazy and you didn't want to anyway. But you thought that you needed to. You have been planning to get healthier in a while now. You have been running a few times but you wanted to go all the way. So you got to the fitness center near your home. But, you have never been to a fitness center before and you haven't tried using those machines, so you booked a time where you could get some training from a professional trainer.
