Cinq brigands rançonnent une fermière enceinte à la sortie du marché de la grande ville et s'aperçoivent qu'ils ont eu les yeux plus gros que son ventre.
Ecrit en 2013. Une très courte fic écrite pour un concours sur le site la volonté du D sur le thème "Changer de peau." Il fallait faire une histoire courte j'était limité sur le nombre de caractères utilisables. Ça m'a pas mal challengé mais c'était un exercice sympathique. Je n'ai pas gagné mais j'ai toujours aimé cette petite histoire.
La fic met en scène un de mes anciens personnages de D&D ainsi qu'un PNJ qui aura toujours une grande place dans mon cœur, des années après la fin de leur aventure.

[THIS BOOK IS BEING REVAMPED, PLEASE READ REVAMP CHAPTER FOR CONTEXT] Joey Wheeler, the protagonist of our book, found himself bloodied and bruised, seeking shelter in a dark and rainy park. He limped and almost fell against the trunk of a tree, its pink petals almost beautiful if it weren't for the sickening rain. Such a tall and beautiful tree. Joey felt as if he's intruding. He thought it was a sight for sore eyes; a beautiful thing next to something so disgusting. The pretty and captivating with the eye-sore. The rain grew dense and he felt as if ice cubes were falling on his neck and back. The tree tried its hardest to protect the boy, but droplets flew past soaked branches. He reasoned that this must be someone telling him that nothing can help him now. He closed his eyes and accepted it all. The cold, the pain, the wind on his face, hell, even the migraine growing louder in his skull... But the sound of strong footsteps is not one he expected. For legal reasons that I personally don't understand, I have to reiterate that I do not own Yugioh or the characters, this is just for entertainment purposes only. This fan fiction is full of yaoi, which is Male on Male homosexual shit, so if you don't like it, then don't read it.
