Dakota Rae was a fae who had also loved his boyfriend, also a fae, Killian Jameson. Dakota had loved him deeply, so he had made him a flower crown - not just any but a flower crown with sakuras on it. That were tied around with branches around.
That's how Dakota wanted to show his love for Killian, a Sakura for his love.
