Blair's in a military family. When orders come you move, and she was starting to lose count about how many first days of school she has had. She was promised that this would be the last move. Blair didn't believe it. However, there was one benefit of this move, she was by the beach. Things start happening though that has her in disbelief at first. She is able to control water. As Blair is trying to learn her new powers, but darkness takes over which causes her to have to learn faster than she realizes.
