The Doctor and Rose have to deal with an interesting person. Though they were not expecting it, Shereen, one of Rose's best friends, gets involved with them. Help Me, Doctor (Book One of Doctor Who: Be Mine series)
I'm alone. I have had many companions, but sooner or later, they all die. Only one person can make my life complete. After the Time War in Gallifrey, I thought I'd be all alone. Apparently not. A girl I met when she was younger has come back into my life and I can't lose her again. I won't lose her again. But, as always, she's going to die some day and I can't help her. But she does something remarkable and I don't understand. I am the last Time Lord, so I thought. ************************************************** He's back. I haven't seen him in so long. I was only seven when I last saw him. I can't believe he's back! The one who saved me back then. It feels like a long time for me, but then there was him. He travels a lot and for him, it must have felt like forever. The Doctor is helping me through my troubles, and I'm happy I met him. The Goddess Girl - A Doctor Who Story
She was normal, completely normal. She had just got out of a dysfunctional relationship. Music in her ears. She's blinded by the light. Then he saves her, and her "oh so normal" life is thrown out the window, and replaced with one that has danger knocking on her door everyday.
