The Commander's Wolf
What happens when a wolf-shifter somehow ends up in the world of the Dragon Age series, and falls head over heels for the devilishly handsome ex-Templar turned Military commander of the Inquisition? Trouble. Tala is a wolf-shifter, also sometimes called a werewolf, but most of the time she's your average tom-boy twenty-three year old woman who enjoys what most tom-boys do. She can deck a man full on in the face sending him running, she can outdrink most of the males in the pack, and she ain't afraid to get a little dirty when it comes to working hard on her grandfather's farm. Cullen Stanton Rutherford is the commander of the Inquisition's forces, military advisor to the Herald turned Inquisitor, and a former Templar. So when Tala comes into Thedas via Rift, the last thing he expected to hear about was her being a wolf-shifter. Naturally being a former Templar, his training demands he slay her before she becomes a threat, but something else within him just won't allow him to harm her. But when Tala's death comes after the destruction of Haven, it is only by the intervention of the Maker that Tala returns to the living, but it comes with a price.
