After the defeat of Dark Oak and the MetareX Shadow disappeared after stopping the explosion of the planet egg. Shadow was Teleported back to Planet Cascade. Molly's planet. and he visited her grave. he noticed the planet was lifeless. Shadow remembered that Molly wanted to bring the life back to the world. Shadow also noticed he had a Choas emerald with him and he could teleport wherever he wanted so he teleports back to Planet Mobius to get seeds for planting and materials for building. and with rumors about him being alive going around Rouge gos to search for him.
