This was the spell her mother placed on her for scarlet to live forever nature took that spell and made her the in bodyment of nature letting her have magic as well. Her mother made her like this because her brother was maybe immortal by his lover that was a servant to nature but of course her brother was greedy and cheated on his lover with another and regretted it. (I do not own vampire diaries only Scarlet) Love interest: unknown
