Right after she gained her eighth Gym badge in Unova, she had an urge to visit her home region of Kanto and her friends who live there. After visiting with her family and friends in Pallet Town, she headed to Cerulean Cape to visit Bill, who started up Crystal's PC Pokémon storage system. Bill was in the middle of an experiment and Crystal offers to help, which brings her the ability of a Ditto: the ability to change into any Pokémon. That is, with practice. Mark, Skylar's brother, is the leader of Team Hope, and she is second in command. They are trying to turn the world around, to let them have their own Pokemon, not just the ones of their type. Skylar has a Taillow, not a dark type at all. She must go on a mission to retrieve files and destroy a machine the government plans on using to take over Pokemon, located in Snowpoint City. The fate of all Pokemon rests on Skylar, and her pokemon, Absol, Weavile, Houndour, and Taillow. But, of course, she runs into people that she can't just get rid of, the water trainer, Barry, the fighting trainer, Lucas, and the flying trainer, Dawn. How does she cope with having to stay undercover with a bunch of trainers she just met? And how can she keep quiet about the fact she can talk to Pokemon? Well, you have to read it to find out. As these two students go along their day, they don't bother looking at each other when walking past each other in the halls. This makes Rosa the only person he doesn't talk to, due to a complication in their childhood he regrets, thought never mentions it, but Rosa was easy to forgive and forget, yet still prefers to keep herself away from getting hurt again. When learning that Nate never talked to Rosa before, his friends go far and beyond to help their friendship bloom again. But things aren't taken lightly and everyone soon discovered that there was trauma in their past. Trying to get past the complicated insecurities the couple holds, it'll take a lot of work for the students from multiple regions to get through.Complete
