Destiny Hewitt has lived in Darwin for all her life and has never taken a step away from its sun. Taking the opportunity to be an exchange student to the land of Lincoln is not an easy decision as it includes leaving her everything behind. Being 9500 miles away from her little nest, she faces troubles  to live and to study in such foreign land and though she has a supportive foster parents, she can't help but get overwhelmed by their son.

Theodore Blake is not the most friendly man you could ever meet indeed, but he is a great man with a great brain. Great looks, great family and great success. It is easy to describe the man in one glance but he warns to not look deeper.

Despite the enmity, the two decides to find each other's companionship in one wintry night, with a pot in hands and falling snow above heads. Oddly enough, none of them realize how the the cold has been fired to blaze, and their fear to bliss.
