There's a new circus in town, no information is given which intrigues citizens to buy tickets and experience the unknown. But once there are no reports of people coming back, Arrow grows wary and suspicious as to why that is.
But, looks can be deceiving, in a good way. It's Arrow's decision whether to risk his own life to save the feared.
