And while these people lead lavish lives, the other half were looked down upon and used as slaves to do their bidding. Every non user wants change, but none can bring it, for every time they try to break their chains, the Elementals stop them with their magic and make them examples as what not to do. But that all changes, when Drako Sarcoya finds an opportunity to escape his master.
