Rainbow Steve was running.
From something. It was an explosion.
The explosion Sabre was warning him about.
He told him about how war was going to break out.
The Steves had grown as strong as humans,
making weapons that could possibly destroy the world. The radiation was catching up to Rainbow as he speeded his pase. He was filled with fear.
Also pain. On the way out of his home, he was hit in the side. He was bleeding. He found a cave near by and he sped up a little more. 

Will he make it?.......

The cover was made by @OfficialArtChicken -Possibly BlueBow???? (Just assume it's a yes) -Most likely going to be MAINLY Rainbow Steve's POV but don't hold me accountable for that, seeing as the first chapter has Sabre's Losing someone you care about is already hard enough, but then losing your memory of them and gaining them back after so long is worse. When you realize that you actually love them, it makes it much worse. Then what do you do when suddenly they come back to life after being gone for so long? Rainbow Steve got injured during the battle of fighting Memory Steve and gained his memories back. Blue Steve comes back to life after it came short because of Nightmare Steve. Except now Blue Steve doesn't have his memories. The only questions are: How did he come back to life? How long will it take to learn what brought Blue Steve back? How will Sabre react when he finds out Rainbow Steve's secret? And will Blue Steve care about Rainbow Steve the same way Rainbow Steve cares about him?
