In a world of superpowered beings, it's natural some become heroes to try and better the world such as Scarlett the Bold, Janice the shield, Mary the healer, and the one everyone fawns over: Stardust. As cheesy as it is to say, "With great power comes with great responsibility." So they formed the hero's guild under the name: Justice. To keep not only themselves in check but any future heroes who come to take up the mantle of preserving peace and justice. And then there's you; No powers, no great feats of achievement. After hearing your mother complain about your need to get a job after graduation, you come across an advertisement online that grabs your attention. Weigh Out Way-In
There is an unexpected turn in the story that drastically changes the course of events and, in the long run, even the lives of those involved. Magpie, the first to be involved, suddenly finds himself in the world so unlike his own. Will he find his place there or will he be at least able to go back home? He seems to find his way back from this new world of giga-dimensions but something unwanted happens, and things go worse. The cultural differences, together with a challenging personality traits of another involved in the events, suck Magpie and his friends into a downward spiral. The story challenges you to see the world differently from the perspective you are perhaps too used to and narrowed by. Life can be an adventure if you don't narrow it with a bigotry that forces you to be rooted in your trenches and behind your dividing walls. This doesn't mean you have to accept others' views without standing your ground. However, to be able to share our lives in this one and only world we need to make compromises, on both sides. Are you the first brave one to set this positive trend in motion? So read on and let the foundation of the story be laid. From the end of episode 1 on, the story really picks up, finally reaching its climax at the end of episode 3 with quite a surprising finish. Your participation in solving this shared challenge of coexistence and cooperation is highly appreciated. Remember those who cooperate make more progress than those who don't! The ideal audience for my first book is actually between 12 and 16, but anybody older and interested in adventures, cultures and in getting more understanding into our multifaceted world is sure to enjoy the story. In a land where everything is structured on destiny and fate, a single destiny may cause its bane. The Larkspear kingdom was a region of prosperity, magic, and destiny. People were peaceful and happy despite the lore and the truth of the Larkspear rule and its foretold downfall. But things changed after the birth of Prince Jayden Larkspear. The entire empire went silent as people waited for the king to announce the child's name and his fate. But all they got was a name and nothing else. To finally dispel these rumours, the prince finally makes his first appearance, and his life starts to change rapidly. On another end of the social ladder stood Elizah Cohen. She was a girl with just as many rumours as the prince himself. She has been shunned by those around her and has begun to lose hope for change. The only hope she had carried for so long was also starting to get snuffed out until her life began to change. A sudden meeting and an unexpected friendship interplay to form a combination of dastardly results and destruction that has barely begun. Waking up face down in mud sucks any day of the week. But coming around in the sludge of a strange realm...? Well, that just redefines a bad day altogether. What about the book readers? what about the children who could not afford the game itself? Therefore I decided to be a narrator, to write one, a fan fiction (retaining the rhyming style in my writing) for all those who did not know about such a story; children, adults, and all who still have the child's heart within (him/her)self. Y/n lives a hard life, she's a 15 year old girl, completely normal right? Wrong. At home she takes constant abuse, all the while working three jobs to support her "loving" family, and attempting to be a mother figure to her 3 year old brother. What she hadn't realized is that there is an extremely large family willing to do anything to have her. --------------- The fleur family have always wanted a girl, for generations only boys were biologically taken into the family. It was deemed impossible by them to have a girl, through the mother's and aunts and grandmothers who married into the fleur family, none of them had been blessed with a beautiful baby girl. Of course they all loved there sons dearly, and all of the family had grown accustomed to wanting a baby sister, one to coddle and love with all their hearts, one to protect from the world and all the darkness that comes with it. So what happens when the whole fleur family goes out to eat at the local diner, and has little y/n as there waitress for the day. The ENTIRE family immediately grows an attachment to this frail girl,, and feel that if nobody else will love her, they will. They notice how she flinches when a loud noise occurs,or whinces whenever she bumps into a table. They want you in there family, they want you all to themselves to love, but how far will they go? Humans, at their core, are selfish and covetous, and she should have known that if she gave her word, someone would eventually come to collect. Not out of the goodness of their hearts, no, she had been in the tower far too long for it to be that. They came for the payment. They came for her.
