Twins of Fury

Say Hiccup wasn't the good guy. His dragon killing inventions work and he is loved by everyone. His name is changed to Erick and one night he shoots down the famous Night Fury and is promptly eaten by a monstrous nightmare. Nope he isn't our main character. Meet Drekasál a boy similar to what Hiccup would've been. Found in the middle of Berk as a baby in a pile of leaves surrounded by a circle burned into the rocks. Bullied by the well known Snotlout, Fishlegs, Astrid, Ruffnut, and Tuffnut. So after Hiccup, now Erick is eaten by the Monstrous nightmare in front of Drekasál, Drekasál watches as the Night Fury falls down at Raven's Point, and unusually drawn to it, he tracks it down and finds it tangled in a bola.
