Following the destruction of Snoke's Flagship and his summarily assassination, Lusica Stynnix
finds herself transferred to the Resurgent Class Star Destroyer known as the Wolfpack, receiving a promotion to Lieutenant Commander from her new Commanding Officer. This particular transfer is placed within the Reserve Fleet awaiting orders, parked in Wild Space.

Her transfer isn't what it seems to be, and her Commanding Officer commands more than the ship itself. Born into the role of a First Order Officer, professionalism and unflinching order is everything to her. So when the Executive Officer attempts a mutiny, to gain control following the death of the First Order leadership, she reports it.

She just never knew she'd replace him.

Admiral Knox is more than he allows others to see, as an informal student of the former Supreme Commander Snoke, he knows the force more than he knows the dark side and the light. Order and Justice, Glory and Power, those are his aims as he seeks to destroy anything or anyone in his way.

What if Luke were on Ahch-To with a purpose? What if Luke had a prior connection to Rey? What if Captain Phasma had a whole other identity that connected her to key players on both sides of the galactic struggle for power? What if Snoke had a whole other relationship with his apprentice, and with the Dark Side? What if the Knights of Ren were right under our noses, just waiting to break forth and reunite with their Master? And what if the story was fun, and funny, without making fun of itself? Isn't that a Star Wars you would want to experience? 'The Last Jedi' divided fans, but maybe 'The First Jedi' can bring them back together. Experience an Episode VIII story in which heroes and villains alike are more complex, more deeply intertwined in each other's stories, in which heroes elevate each other, and in which the Force, its users, and those sensitive to it manifest themselves in ways that have long been hinted at, but never seen before... The backlash against 'The Last Jedi' has been ugly, painful and disrespectful to many members of the diverse Star Wars fan community. The purpose of this project is not to add fuel to that fire or excuse any of that terrible behavior. Indeed, my goal is to help heal those wounds. 'The First Jedi' does not erase the women or people of color in 'The Last Jedi'. Holdo, Rose and all the other new characters are still here; indeed, they have as much or more to do in this story. Star Wars is supposed to be fun; and fandom is a kind of love. There is no room here for hate. Whether you loved or were disappointed by 'The Last Jedi', everyone can enjoy this respectful reimagining of the Episode VIII story. So please enjoy! And let me know what you think! I can't wait to hear from you! --First Jedi Screenwriter
Force Destiny by EdenWoodsParker
200 parts Complete
Immediately following the events of The Last Jedi, the battle for the galaxy continues between the First Order and the last of the Resistance. As the new Supreme Leader takes the throne, the First Order is focused on finding and destroying all who oppose them. The Resistance had disappeared into hiding and desperation has forced them to explore the gray areas of war. Meanwhile, on opposite sides of the war, Rey and Kylo Ren are forced to face the realities of their bond, their complicated relationship, their loyalty to their causes, and their understanding of the Force. Could their star-crossed connection be tied to the fate of the galaxy? This is a slow burn! Enemies to friends to lovers. This story continues the arcs and themes beautifully woven through The Last Jedi, as well as the narrative from the previous two trilogies. All plot elements are intended to be canon-compliant through TLJ. This is 100% complete. It was completed in December 2019 on A03 before The Rise of Skywalker was released, so this is not a "fix-it" fic as much as an alternative to Episode IX. This is a dark story. Trigger warnings for major character death, minor character death, violence, severe injuries, psychological torture, physical torture, brief explanations of sexual assault, suicidal thoughts. If you're concerned about triggers, feel free to email me at EdenWoodsParker@protonmail.com. If you want triggers broken down by chapter, it is available on Ao3 through the links below. Following the events after The Last Jedi. "Just a dream, it was just a dream," she says aloud attempting to calm herself, but the feeling doesn't dissipate, and her heart is still racing. She stands and walks towards the doorway to the fresh air outside, trying to get the images out; a child her child and his. She feels sick and faint, is this a panic attack? She walks outside her hut and stands in the rain holding onto the wooden railing of the platform around the cabin tightly to give her balance. #2-Reylo 25.11.2018, 24.10.19 #1- ReyxKyloRen 1.3.2019, 6.1.22 #2- starwarsfanfiction 31.12.19 #13- starwars 21.8.19 #2- starwarssequels 10.12.20 Big fan of the movies and books. I am a massive Reylo shipper- #Reyloisendgame, but there is nothing mature rated or not appropriate for say 12-year-old plus. I do not own the original star wars characters. I do not own the artwork throughout, except the art on the note from myself which is mine. The cover is by Heidi Hastings. "I appreciated how much you fleshed out the story, truly making it a potential movie in the franchise. I can't not mention the romance. You truly made Ben and Rey's relationship believable on many levels. From his temper and passion to his devotion to Rey, I loved how you didn't make light of his past so that we can accept him easier. They complete each other and their love brings balance to the universe and gives them what they have always wanted - true acuhceptance and companionship." "I have not encountered anything so truly amazing since 'Bloodline' (Claudia Grey)." "I have read so much fanfiction, normally I don't read smutless stories, but this one is so well written, beautiful ending and I couldn't stop today until I finished it." "This is one of, if not the best Reylo books I have read so far."

My earliest memory is pain. Pain of losing a mother, pain of losing the love of a father, pain from the isolation that happened after the incident. I am reminded by others that what happened on that day was an accident and it wasn't my fault, but deep down I know what truly happened and so does my father and brothers. The deep self-anger and self-hate I have was slowly consuming me until I was taken away by General Organa and the Resistance. My life was beginning to look brighter, until the day I was kidnapped by the First Order. This is where my story neither begins nor ends. This is when my story becomes dark, so dark that even a Sith Lord would tremble in fear. I don't own the Star Wars universe (duh) but I do own the main character and those that are not from SW. There will be spoilers, but the storyline might diverge a bit from the original plot from the films.
