She must decide if she should give up her parents wishes and marry the one they chose, or go her own way, and pave her own path with a choice she never dreamed of. ❌❌❌❌ I began editing this book to change some major things, but I realized too much will have to be changed. Many things do not line up, mainly due to the fact that I wrote this right when I started out and was completely immature. I do not have the time right now to fix this, and so it will probably always stay the flawed, messed up child in the family. I love the story anyway so please no hate. I did work hard on this. The Shadow Girl
"Take the small one, she isn't human." Another officer came over and started to take her from my arms. She let go in shock but I grabbed her arm and I tugged back but I didn't want to hurt her. "No!" I yelled ...................... "Katerina!" She yelled "Anna!" I screamed I screamed her name as I woke up covered in sweat, I was panting and out of breath. I sat up and looked all around me. My room was dark and all that was on was my radio. I had this dream almost every night since I was taken away from Anna. This dream was real, it did happen. As you know now I am not fully human, I was not created a normal way. I was created and I am a monster...... Katerina (Kat) isn't normal but only she knows that. After she was taken away she decided to live her foster life as a shadow but sadly that doesn't work as she bounces from foster family to foster family, from school to school, and from town to town. She is constantly expelled from schools and gets into fights. After a while everything gets the best of her. After moving with a new foster family and she goes to a new school, she realizes that maybe she is not alone. Highschool Sweethearts
Katelyn has been in and out of the foster system since her mother died when she was young. After her father gets put in jail again, she gets sent to live with the Thomas family. The Thomas's are a very well-off family with four boys. Their house is usually the main hangout for the boys and their friends. Kate hasn't ever lived with siblings before, let alone this many boys, so it's a big change for her. Daniel is your typical high school football player; he's got the looks, the muscles, talent, and even the overbearing dad who wants him to go pro. Daniel, however, really couldn't care less about a career in football, he loves the game, but it's his dad's dream for him to go pro, not his own. At least not anymore. He spends most of his free time away from his house and hanging out at either the Thomas or the Copperfield house. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years. Bonus points for giving Daniel a love interest that was more than just a name.Complete

Mayne, sat in her bedroom studying and daydreaming. The party was starting soon, and she was expected to make an appearance. Since she is the bright daughter of two very valuable people to the Elite community much has been expected of her, including proper behavior toward bullies and hosting the bullies' party. Love Misunderstood
