The Queen was a ruler who brought destruction wherever she went. She had much control over the land and millions of lives were lost under her power. It appeared her daughter had retained much from her mother. Her mother had been absent after grandpa's devastating death. The Queen has to be present someplace and I highly doubt she actually left. (Well I think so anyway)
