It all started after one intense case. A sentence that little girl has said reminded him of something. Something important!

Ever since then he awoke in the middle of the night because of a flashback that seems to try to remind him of something, or someone? He however only thought of it as nightmares.
Since then he also started to get the feeling of getting watched. It doesn't feels like a threat though. But he supposed that's because of his job.
And sometimes he even sees a young woman in his room when he wakes up in the middle of the night. But to him it only was a sign of slowly getting insane.

One thing she usually mentioned that she envied was his ability to recall details well; in her words, he 'majored on the minor but it only benefitted him'. He had never disputed her but he was not sure if having perfect recollection of the voice of a girl who threatened to drown him two years ago when he had inconvenienced her - he was not sure if that would benefit him. "Whether I finish them or not, if you want some you would have to sit with me, like a respectable guest, and we can share." Maybe it was the decision of a fool - but maybe not.
