Frank Iero is just a 17 year old boy who goes to Summerville high school. Frank gets bullied daily, just to come home to be abused by him mom and dad. Frank had one friend, Ryan Ross, but lately Ryan has been one of the main bully's at his school. You see frank doesn't just get verbally bullied, but physically bullied too, and he's never told anyone his situation at home. None of the teachers cared when they watched the "popular" kids hurt him.
Will that change when a new art teacher starts teacher at the school?

When Frank graduated high school, two things were certain: he wanted to go to college to be a teacher and he was unwaveringly in love with Gerard. Gerard was 6 years younger but the pair grew up next door neighbors with a fairytale story of falling in love. After finishing his teaching masters degree the spring before his 25th birthday, Frank finds himself moving home to care for his sick mother and taking a very uninspiring job as an English teacher at Belleville High School. Emotions flare and tensions rise as Frank realizes the feelings he thought were long and buried are still very much around.
