1. Jin, the first girl Zuko officially dated, has been living in Ba Sing Se as a refugee. When 'Lee', now Fire Lord Zuko, arrives in the city after the Hundred-Year War, she is beyond shocked. Eventually, she makes the decision to take her life into her own hands and leave Ba Sing Se behind. (3+ parts, in progress)
2. Korra and Asami go to the Spirit World after Book 4 for a short vacation. There, they meet Iroh over a cup of tea and get involved in a heated, revealing conversation about their relationship and the Avatar's duties. (one-shot)

The Lady Xia
Living the disgrace of her grandfather, Xia's parents send her to the Fire Nation Captial to try to win favor with the Fire Lord. Little Xia is meant as the most recent playmate for Princess Azula, a very dangerous job. However, Xia matched Azula in her Firebending abilities, and the two become friendly rivals. Xia became famous for her yellow fire, not nearly as dangerously hot as Azula's blue fire, but a warmth that fuels Xia's will. Though Xia was close friends with Azula, Mai, and Ty Lee, she volunteered to accompany Zuko and Iroh on their hunt to find the Avatar. Calm and patient Xia became Zuko's new sparring partner, and Iroh's favorite Pai Sho challenger. "How can you be drinking tea at a time like this?!" Zuko demanded. I looked at him as if surprised by his stupidity, "because I do not particularly like cold tea." A laugh followed my statement and we both turned to Iroh, "you see, Prince Zuko. Xia knows that there are times to march forward, but there are also times to take a step back." "What does that even mean?" Zuko asked furiously. "It means that I take time to think," I replied gently. "Now, why don't we go and continue your quest for the Avatar?" *I update by book. So the first thirteen chapters are book one. Separated, Zuko and Song Lee do their best to cope with the others' absence as they struggle to figure out what to do with their lives. - The sword slashed out, cutting off some of the fabric of his sleeve, but he dodged to the best of his ability, fire in his hands- And then he realized all at once who it was he was fighting. "Wait," he said, but she didn't. She surged forward, and he caught sight of her eyes, and he was terrified, because she wasn't going to stop. He stopped bending and let the fire go out, but he didn't dodge the next time she came at him. Instead, she used all of her strength to charge into him and push him to the ground. Zuko closed his eyes on instinct, but the grass and the moss was soft beneath his head. Song Lee was sitting on his stomach, her knees pinning his arms down, no doubt a technique she had learned from Master Piandao. Her eyes were brighter than he had ever seen them, bright with anger. In that moment, absurdly, he was reminded that this was the first time he had seen her in months. Her hair was a little longer, longer than his but somehow even more wild, and his eyes were drawn back to her sword, which was gripped in both of her hands as she stared down at him. "Song Lee," he said. "Don't call me that," she snarled, and any other words died on his lips. She hated him. Of course she did. Who wouldn't? In that moment, he gave up. When Hatred turned to Love (ATLA Zuko x OC)
***CURRENTLY UNDER EDITING*** Broken, filled with loss, pain, and anger of her people's death... she could only hope she had died with them. An Air Bender from the Western Air Temple never having the chance to find balance within. She never knew how she managed to survive all these years, hiding from the Fire Nation but she still remained a nineteen-year-old girl. Fire Lord Ozai discovered her Air Nomad origins and he imprisoned her for three years. She got to meet the royal family before it was broken. When she managed to escape she ran away to the Water Tribes. She had been there ever since, protecting the defenseless people from the ruthless Fire benders as well as her bending. A new Air Bender appears, and it didn't take long when a Fire Navy ship arrived the deserted icy lands of the South. She will once again become the Fire Nation's prisoner but this time, in Prince Zuko's ship and things will never get back to normal. ~~~~~ I do not own the Avatar: The Last Airbender I only own the new character and some changes in the plot.
