This is going to be in the alternate universe of no one died. I just cant have my children dying. Other than that it is after the events of the anime.
You are an orphan at an all girls convent/ orphanage. You meet Giorno because of the shady dealings going on in the area. You have a stand as well.
Disclaimer: I'm not catholic. Yes I know a convent is all women but I mean the two are connected. But also it is Italy so it only seems right to have a catholic orphanage.
