Perseus has been hiding from the world for a long time. The world did not need him.
So he waited.
And watched.
And planned.
Until one day, the world did need him.
And then he reappeared.

Perseus has been alive for millennia. He witnessed the fall of the Titans in the Titanomachy and the defeat of the Giants in the Gigantomachy. Since then, he has been off the grid, hiding in the realm of the mortals and learning their ways. He witnessed the great battles the Greek Spartans fought, and the educational plays the Athenians wrote and acted out. He saw the rise and fall of Rome, the great Egyptian pyramids being built, and even the Revolutionary War between Great Britain and the United States. Where history was built, Perseus was there to watch it.
Now, the Fates require him to reappear. Another war is brewing, and he might be a key to stopping it.
